Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding the weekend and major holidays, and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on thepatienceclub.pt.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Orders must be returned by mail only. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
